I'm leaving on a jet plane...

Hello Friends,

As most of you know, I'm headed to Norway next week. I am hoping to post pictures and write about my experiences here in my blog. I swore I would not go into the 21st Century with 20th Century skills and mentality. Becky sent me the photos here of what I'll be seeing and doing. WOW!

So, I'm off to the north, and I'll capture and share it with you using technology. Don't look every day, but every few days I'll post an update on chasing polar bears and hiking across the glaciers. I'll have pictures, too, so you can believe me.

Wish me luck! Don't look for anything new until at least Tuesday, Sept. 9.

Hi there,
It is so exciting to be able to enjoy your trip with you, via the world wide web and all this technology. We don't have to wait for postcards, pictures, etc. Riding a bicycle is one thing, I want to see pictures of you on that glacier! Let's hope there isn't one being chased by a polar bear :-). Have fun,
Beckie

Hope you had a safe trip. I'll try the math problems. I'm going to try and let some students blog today. Have fun, be safe, and bring me back a present.

Well I know from email you are already there. I can't believe you (the person who didn't even like to sleigh ride) are up there with all that snow. I'm with Gabe bring back Santa. Be careful and have fun.

Have a great time. I cannot believe you took sooooo many bags. You will have to mail home your shopping items. Enjoy the food. That is one of the things I love about traveling. Take lots of pictures. Send us some of them. I am enjoying reading about the trip. Stay safe and tell Becky and Howard hello. Lynn

Well, check her out on that piece of ice. I'm very proud of you for doing something most people will never get to do or won't do. Although I'm extremely jealous.
